Who is eligible to renew their SSM & business?

All self-proprietorship and partnership business registered under Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) are eligible to renew thier business. We cannot renew the LTD, PTE LTD and SDN BHD business. All business must not late for renewal more than 12 months, otherwise the business is automatically terminated and you need to re-register the business. To re-register the business, you can ask out team for assistance.

Is there any compound if late for renewal?

Yes, compound will be issued to your business and you need to make an additional payment to clear the compound. Once the additional payment for compound paid, we can continue to renew the business. If you avoid to pay the compound, it will be hard for you to make the renewal for upcoming years and the owner has to consult with the SSM to settle the compound. Our advice, pay the compound together with the SSM renewal.

What is the price for the business and SSM renewal?

The price for a business renewal is starting from RM120 for 1 year. 2 years RM190, 3 years RM280, 4 years RM360 and 5 years RM430. Please be notified, there is additional RM5 per branch if available. For business info (2nd and 3rd page), there is additional RM15. If you lost the SSM renewal certificates, we will provide you the copy. No need to pay for SSM renewal again.

How long would it take to renew my SSM and business?

We will process the SSM renewal within 24 – 48 hours. If there is urgent matters, you can direct contact us via email or WhatsApp.

Can I get the CTC SSM certificate?

Yes, you can get the CTC SSM certificate. There is option button for CTC after you settle for renewal part. You can choose either SSM certificate CTC or SSM business info CTC or both. The CTC documents required if the business owner want to apply for business loan. The documents have the QR code.
